CLASSROOM PROCEDURES
1. Homework is given every night, sometimes on the weekend. Each assignment is due in pencil on the assigned date in order to receive points. If the assignment is incomplete the day it is due, a note is required that same day, in order to receive points for the completed assignment the following day.
2. There is a class set of calculators to be used in the classroom. Your child may use their own calculator and will be told when the assignment allows for its use.
3. When a student is absent they are responsible to get the assignments missed from the teacher, a responsible student or the parent may come to school to get the work.
4. The student's composition book will be inspected and graded the first two marking periods. Attention is needed in these areas:
-pencil only
-neatness
-work dated and identified
-no pages ripped out or skipped
-quantity as well as quality
